The Revista Enfermeir@s, published by the Illustrious Official Nursing College of Lugo, is a free open-access publication aimed at disseminating scientific output in nursing across the four competencies referenced in its title. Enfermeir@s accepts manuscripts in Spanish, Galician, and English and operates a robust peer-review system.

In addition to promoting, motivating, and supporting newly graduated professionals, Enfermeir@s also welcomes research projects and studies conducted in various undergraduate and official postgraduate training settings. This is intended to facilitate their dissemination and enhance the visibility of researchers and professionals in nursing science.

Although primarily targeted at nursing professionals, Enfermeir@s is not limited to this group. The journal is also open to submissions from any health science professional who can contribute valuable information related to the field of care, including the biological and clinical foundations of diseases, as well as their etiology, prevention, and treatment, among other topics.
